CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY

SESSIONS - We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all 1:1 or 2:1 sessions. Canellation fees are the full cost of the session. Please try to avoid changing your time once your session is confirmed. If you do have to cancel and your session can be rescheduled within the same week, I can waive the cancellation fee. I try to make things work where I can.

COURSES - All Courses, Workshops or Events require payment in advance. We allow a refund of 100% if you cancel with 4 weeks or more, 25% refund with 2 weeks or more before the start date of the workshop, event or course. You may be able to transfer your booking to another event.

SOPILATES CANCELLATIONS - In the unfortunate event I have to cancel a course or class, I will refund the full amount, or transfer it to another class or course of your choosing.
