Do bring your water bottle, staying hydrated is important.
Wear comfortable clothes to move in - no belts or studs and zips that could damage the mats. Ideally wear tracksuits or exercise clothing / cycle shorts and top, plus socks.
For classes bring an exercise/yoga mat.
For 1:1 or 2:1 sessions SOpilates has all the equipment you need in the studio.

If you are brand new to pilates it helps me get to know you and think about where would most benefit you re: specific classes. An Introductory session is held in my studio and is 1hr 15mins.
