  • Do bring your water bottle, staying hydrated is important.

    Wear comfortable clothes to move in - no belts or studs and zips that could damage the mats. Ideally wear tracksuits or exercise clothing / cycle shorts and top, plus socks.

    For classes bring an exercise/yoga mat.

    For 1:1 or 2:1 sessions SOpilates has all the equipment you need in the studio.

  • If you are brand new to pilates it helps me get to know you and think about where would most benefit you re: specific classes. An Introductory session is held in my studio and is 1hr 15mins.
