Pilates for Cyclists

Whatever your level, the points of contact on a bike are the same; handlebars, saddle, pedals and the restrictions and areas of discomfort come from how the body makes contact with the bike, either efficiently or not.

Courses and sessions aim to improve your cycling experience and deal with preparing the body to fit the bike appropriately for comfort, effectiveness and the physical demands of cycling.

When the human and the bicycle are fitted correctly and pedalled skilfully, cycling is a beautiful example of perfect ergonomics, human and machine in an efficient, green and soul lifting experience.
