Pilates classes and session for cyclists

Sophy is running Pilates for Cyclists classes at RISE in Frome and at nearby Buckland Dinham Village Hall.

The classes help cyclists understand what strength and flexibility they need to either just enjoy the ride or work specifically on riding further with no pain.

Private 1:1 Pilates sessions for Cyclists are also available at the SOpilates studio in Frome for those who want focus specifically on their personal goals.
